Highlighting a great resource: four types of Twitter profiles

For clients and other folks I’ve been talking with about using Twitter and Facebook on behalf of organization, take a look at this great blog post. It’s by Jeremiah Owyang (of Forrester Research).

It describes the pros and cons of four common types of “personas” a corporation (or any organization) can choose as its presence on Twitter:

- Pure corporate brand
- Corporate with persona
- Employee with corporate association
- Pure personal
